2 men hit by car in NW Delhi die – The Times of India

New Delhi: Two men lost their lives in a hit-and-run incident in northwest Delhi‘s Swaroop Nagar on Monday when a speeding car struck them at Nangli Puna. The deceased were identified as Pooran (45) and Mukesh (40), both residents of Nangli Puna.
According to eyewitness Satyapal Singh, who filed the complaint, the incident occurred around 4:12 PM when a white car, being driven recklessly, lost control and rammed into the two men . Locals quickly rushed both victims to the nearest hospital. However, Pooran succumbed to his injuries during treatment, while Mukesh passed away shortly afterward.
The driver fled shortly after. Police have launched a manhunt and are reviewing surveillance footage from nearby shops and traffic cameras to identify the accused. tnn
