Ajaz Khan entered ‘Bigg Boss 7’ in 2013 as a wild card contestant and emerged as the second runner-up. His journey in the show was marked by his outspoken personality and controversies, which often led to conflicts with other housemates. Following Bigg Boss 7, he appeared in season 8 as the first challenger for the ‘Halla Bol’ series but was ejected early due to a fight with another contestant.
Recently, on Hindi Rush podcast, he talked about his bond with the host of the show Salman Khan, Ajaz compared their bond to that of Eklavya and Dronacharya. He highlighted Bigg Boss 7 as the only season where both the host (Salman) and a contestant (Ajaz) received awards, attributing their success to their collaboration. Ajaz remarked that since then, Salman hasn’t won a “Best Host” award, suggesting that a guru’s greatness is reflected through their disciple’s presence.
Ajaz is known for films like ‘Rakta Charitra II’ and ‘Lakeer Ka Fakeer’. He gained fame on Bigg Boss 7 and appeared in other famous TV shows. He continues to work in Hindi and regional cinema, including recent films like ‘Vinashkaal‘.
Meanwhile, Salman Khan is set to hit the big screen with the film ‘Sikandar’. Directed by AR Murugadoss, it is slated to be released in theatres on March 30, on the occasion of Eid. Apart from Salman, the film’s cast also includes Rashmika Mandanna, Sathyaraj, Prateik Babbar, Kajal Aggarwal and Sharman Joshi.
