Seedhe Maut perform at ‘rescheduled’ SRCC fest – The Times of India

Seedhe Maut performed at SRCC recently

With bottle fights, students vs bouncers, and an announcement that attendees should vacate the campus and that Seedhe Maut’s performance had been rescheduled, Day 2 of SRCC’s fest was anything but regular. While students waited for hours to see the hip-hop duo perform, social media announcements on the college’s official fest page turned out to be a spoiler for many. As an unprecedented number of students reached the college to attend the fest, the situation became chaotic. The official fest page shared the following message, “Thank you, friends, for your unprecedented response and participation in Crossroads’25. However, due to safety and security concerns, today’s event is being rescheduled. It is advisable to vacate the campus premises immediately for your own safety. We request everyone to vacate the campus as soon as possible.”
As students left in disappointment, the college authorities went ahead with the performance as planned. “The event wasn’t cancelled; it was only rescheduled. The event went smoothly as soon as the performers were on stage,” said one of the representatives from the college.
