Anushka Sharma, who has shared screen space with Ranbri Kapoor in films like, ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ and ‘Bombay Velvet’, once ranted about his complaining habits.
In 2016, Anushka Sharma, Ranbir Kapoor, and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan appeared on The Kapil Sharma Show to promote their film Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. While sharing behind-the-scenes moments, Anushka left fans in splits by playfully exposing Ranbir Kapoor’s habit of constantly complaining.
The actress humorously pointed out how male actors tend to complain about even minor costume changes in films. Referring to Ranbir Kapoor, she recalled how he once wore a partial wig for Bombay Velvet and frequently complained about it.
Anushka playfully continued, mentioning how Ranbir constantly complained about discomfort while wearing the wig, saying, “It hurts so much! Don’t pull my hair!” She compared it to the extensions women wear regularly, emphasizing how men tend to complain a lot about such things.
Ranbir Kapoor playfully acted clueless, pretending he had no idea what Anushka Sharma was talking about.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan pointed out that men casually compliment women, acknowledging their beauty without recognizing the effort behind it. She emphasized the hard work women put in and urged them to be given due credit. Kapil Sharma agreed, while Anushka Sharma playfully added that Aishwarya didn’t need any effort—she looked stunning even just after waking up.
Ranbir Kapoor is currently working on Love & War with Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has yet to announce her next project, while Anushka Sharma’s Chakda Xpress has been awaiting release since 2022.
