Massive fire engulfs Shaheen Bagh building in Delhi, several cars gutted | Delhi News – The Times of India

NEW DELHI: A fire broke out in a residential building in the Shaheen Bagh area of Delhi during the early hours of Thursday, according to the Fire Department.
Fire services deployed eight fire engines to manage the emergency after receiving an alert in the early morning hours today, according to officials.
The blaze, which started amongst household items, spread to several vehicles in the building’s stilt parking area.
The residential structure comprises four floors above ground level with parking facilities at the stilt level.
The officials have confirmed that there were no injuries or fatalities in the incident.
Further investigation is underway.
