Shahid Kapoor hilariously REACTS to his lookalikes on social media: ‘They don’t look like each other…’ | – The Times of India

Shahid Kapoor’s lookalikes have often gone viral online, and now the actor has finally reacted to these videos. In a fun chat with Netflix, Shahid was shown clips of people who look like him. The video starts with the interviewer asking him, “Have you ever seen your lookalikes on the Internet?”
Shahid Impressed by His Doppelgangers
Next, we see clips of Shahid’s lookalikes. The first man looks so much like young Shahid from his early career that it surprises him. Shahid is clearly impressed and says, “He has got the glasses right also. Okay, hair right.” Another video shows someone copying his intense film roles perfectly.Once done, the actor is asked, “Do you think they look like you?” In response, the actor said, “Yeah, I think one is the first half of my career and the other is the second half of my career. They don’t look like each other, though. This is the funny part.”
Netflix Shares the Clip Online
Netflix shared the fun clip on its official page with the caption, “Shahid Kapoor reacting to his lookalikes was not on my 2025 bingo card. Watch the full video on the Netflix India YouTube channel!”
As the video grabbed attention, fans quickly identified the lookalike from “the first half of Shahid’s career” as artist Shaanu Tiwari. Known for his striking resemblance to Shahid, Shaanu often recreates popular scenes from the actor’s films. In one viral video, he lip-synced to Mujhe Haq Hai from Vivaah, starring Amrita Rao.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Shahid Kapoor was last seen on the big screen in Deva, a remake of the Malayalam film Mumbai Police. He played a rebellious cop solving a murder case while hunting a mole in his team. Up next, he has Arjun Ustara in the works, though details about the film are still under wraps.
